Accommodation
A beautiful, large, eighteenth century Town House, 7 Rue Victor Hugo enjoys a truly unique setting offering both town life and tranquillity.
From the wrought iron balcony on the first floor there is a wonderful view of this charming street, full of character and complete with boulangeries, patisseries, cafes, restaurants, florists, gift shops and chocolatieres.
Once inside the front door however, you would never know that any of this outside world existed. A wide hallway passing under arches and running the full depth of the house, takes you to large wrought-iron gates which open onto a sun drenched south facing garden with swimming pool and terrace. Enclosed by camellia, rose and oleander it is a glorious, private and peaceful setting.
There are five en-suite guest bedrooms in the main house. All are large double rooms with charming views to either the rear or front of the house. On the ground floor there is also an elegant salon, library, dining room and kitchen.
In the grounds there is a cottage with three further double en-suite bedrooms, a kitchen and a spacious course room with French doors opening onto the garden.
